Contribution to UNESCO's programmes The CEISAL, a reputable organization conducting research, archiving and information activities, has a reasonable balanced geographical extension and regional distribution of activities. After its admission to former Category C in 1984, relations have been restricted to exchanges of documentation and information. Its co-operation should be intensified, since it could contribute to better knowledge of Latin America and its constituent regions.
